Spring Semester 2019

MBU Weekend - March 29 and 30
This spring, join a group of Maranatha students to experience hands-on ministry in the North Woods of Wisconsin. For the first time, we are inviting college ladies to join us! There will be two programs running simultaneously, as both gender groups minister in different capacities.
College Men -
Ministry is more than just lectures in a classroom. It's time to get out and stretch your wings! Join us for a weekend of relationship building, truth sharing, and eternal investment! On Friday, you will have the opportunity to run an activity schedule that you have planned. This schedule includes a meal, a high-energy game, relational chill time, and a chapel message. On Saturday, you will join us for our weekly work day. The staff will also be taking the opportunity to having some personal time with you before you leave, to encourage you in your own walk with God and share some future ministry opportunities!
College Ladies -
From a female standpoint, there may not seem like a good reason to participate in a ministry that is for teenage boys. So, why would a woman want to even try to get involved? There is a lot of "hands-on" work that women can participate in (for example: housekeeping, office work, organizing various things, setting up activities, and ministering to the wives of the Victory Home Ministries staff). For a woman who is interested in ministry, she will find that ministry looks different to everyone. This is an opportunity to minister in an unlikely situation as well as open the door to other potential ministry opportunities that you otherwise would not have encountered.
