Mark and Lynne Massey, Executive Directors
(BA Bible, Northland Baptist Bible College &

MAT Biblical Counseling, Central Seminary, Minneapolis)
Picture
Mark and Lynne Massey joined the Victory staff in 1995.  After serving as houseparents for three years, Mark was asked to take the director position.  Since '98, Mark has not only directed the ministry, he has also regularly involved himself in the lives of the guys.

Mark trusted Jesus Christ as Savior as a teenager and went on to grow in the Lord.  He served on a bus route and took missions trips to Mexico and Haiti that opened up his eyes and heart to the needs of the world for the Lord Jesus Christ.  After spending the summer of 1986 in Haiti he moved from North Texas back to his childhood home area in central Florida where he met Lynne.
Lynne works alongside Mark, counseling moms, planning and preparing meals, and squeezing in secretarial work.  Both are involved in the ministries of their local church.  Lynne sings in the choir, does special music, serves in the nursery, and organizes the “meals for those in need” program.

Lynne was saved as a child and saw God work in her life through many people in her local church and Christian school.  She traveled a summer with the Academy of Arts drama team and ministered faithfully in her local church.  It was at her church during her senior year of high school that she met Mark.  After their marriage in May of 1988, they served together in various programs of their church.

After four years of ministering to teens and their families, Mark and Lynne believed that God would have them get more training and commit their lives to full-time vocational ministry. In 1992 they moved to Wisconsin to complete their undergraduate training at Northland Baptist Bible College, both graduating with bachelor degrees in 1995.  Mark later completed his Master of Arts in Theology/Biblical Counseling from Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Minneapolis, MN in May of 2008.

Mark and Lynne have five children: Laura, Rory, Russell, Grace, and Emma.

Andy and Gina Morrison, House Parents
(BS History, Pensacola Christian College;

AS Secretarial Administration, Pensacola Christian College)

Andy and Gina Morrison with their three children, Drew, Katelyn and Justus joined Victory in August of 2012. At the time they were Residence Managers in the home with the boys. Now, in addition to preaching in chapel and building redemptive relationships with the boys, Andy oversees the campus maintenance and facilitates the boys' Saturday work days.

Andy grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as his personal Savior at a young age. At age 14, his family moved to Pensacola, FL where he attended Pensacola Christian School and met his future wife, Gina while in high school. After highschool graduation, Andy attended Pensacola Christian College where he earned his Bachelors degree in History.
Gina also grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as her personal Savior. At age 10, her family joined the staff at Pensacola Christian Collge for her and her 5 siblngs to attend Christian School and College. Gina attended Pensacola Christian College as well and earned her Associates degree in Secretarial Administration.

Two days after college graduation, Andy and Gina were married. They moved to PA for six years where Andy learned important construction skills, and Gina expanded her secretarial skills that they would later use in the ministry. They both were highly involved in their local church and Christian school ministries. Five years later when their oldest son Drew was born, the Lord led them to work with Gina’s parents, the Pucketts, in Ohio. The Pucketts had started a small, local church camp ministry and a boarding academy for troubled teens. During the 13 years in Ohio, the Morrisons were very involved in all of the different ministries. They served as Sunday school teachers, song leader, camp director, maintenance supervisor, school teacher, deacon, church, camp and mission secretary and whatever else needed to be accomplished. While they were there, Andy and Gina grew to love the troubled teens that came to the academy, and after several years of communication with Victory, the Lord opened the doors for the Morrisons to join the team and have their main focus be working with the young men God sends here.

Dan and Brenda Raught, Academy Administrator
(BS Broadcast Engineering &

MS Educational Administration, Bob Jones University)
Picture
Dan and Brenda Raught joined Victory in 2010, however Dan has been involved in Christian education for over 25 years. After receiving a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, he began teaching in a Christian high school. He has taught on the middle school and high school levels and has also been an Administrator for the past five years.

Though Dan places necessary importance on the facts and processes that must be learned in the classroom, he recognizes all knowledge to be useless unless viewed within the contextual framework found in the Source of all truth, God Himself.  Students are taught a worldview built upon God’s Word, the Bible. Dan enjoys studying Civil War History, playing sports (esp. basketball, ping pong, and golf), and hunting.

Brenda McGeoch Raught has been involved in Christian education her whole life. The daughter of teachers, she delights in challenging students to adopt her mantra that “Learning IS fun! …most of the time”. Teaching students to strive for excellence, her desire is to see each young person reach his full potential.  She's taught various levels and subjects throughout her career and is the mother of four children. She's trained as both an LD (Learning Disabilities) therapist and as an autism therapist.  Brenda enjoys reading, music and drama and time with her family.
Dan and Brenda have three older children and their teenage son, Nathan.

Ben and Bekah Barrick, Teacher and Office Assistant
(BA in Elementary Education, West Coast Baptist College)
Picture
Ben and Bekah joined the staff of Victory in 2014 during the WildHeart Adventure Camp.

They've had the privilege of being involved in children’s ministries since they were young teenagers. It was while Ben was working at a summer camp for children in NC that the Lord began directing his heart towards young men that need extra guidance in life.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in education from West Coast Baptist College in 2012, Ben taught in a Christian school for two years while staying active in camp ministry during the summer.
The Lord eventually combined his desires for at risk boys and camp ministry by giving him a burden for a boarding home style of program. Shortly thereafter, God opened the door for he and Bekah to move to Victory.

They are excited to see the Lord work in their lives and in the lives of the young men they will have the joy and privilege to work with.

Ethan and Crystal Paz, Teacher
(BA in History, Northland International University &
Masters in Education, Maranatha Baptist University)
Picture
Crystal and Ethan, along with their two kids, joined Victory in 2020. They have a passion for showing teenagers the truth of the Gospel— whether the task may be leading a youth group or providing hospitality to them. When they are not ministering to the teenagers or adults at their local church, Crystal works at Bellin as a licensed pharmacy technician, and Ethan teaches students how fun history can be.

Crystal grew up as a pastor’s kid. She was saved at the age of 16 when she realized that she needed to have a personal relationship with God. Her desire since then has been to serve him in whatever role God would have her.
Ethan also grew up as a pastor’s kid. He accepted Jesus Christ as Lord of his life at a young age. When he was at the age of sixteen, Ethan had assurance of salvation and a determination to go or do whatever God would require. Ever since that day, Ethan has sought to dedicate his life to God and to show others the truth of the Gospel.

Whether they are at home or afar, Crystal and Ethan enjoy getting to know others and using their hobbies to spend time with others. Crystal enjoys spending time with friends and reading a good book accompanied by a cozy blanket and a nice cup of coffee. Ethan’s hobbies also include playing board and digital games, reading, running, and writing. Together they hope to use these hobbies for the expansion of God’s kingdom.
